Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have enough experience for this workshop?

If you've written any code before - even just HTML, CSS, or simple scripts - you're ready! This workshop is designed for beginners and hobbyists who want to leverage AI to build real applications.

What exactly will we build during the workshop?

You'll build a working web application from scratch! Past participants have created todo apps, personal dashboards, and simple games. The best part is you choose what interests you most.

What tools and accounts do I need to set up beforehand?

You'll need a laptop with internet access. We'll help you set up free accounts for GitHub, Claude, and other tools during the pre-workshop sprint. No paid subscriptions required!

How is this different from online tutorials?

Unlike pre-recorded content, this is live, interactive, and tailored to your skill level. You get immediate help when stuck, learn alongside peers, and join an ongoing community for continued support.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

No problem! You can cancel anytime before payment is processed (7 days before the workshop). After that, we can transfer your spot to a future session or find someone to take your place.

Will I get a certificate or credential?

This is about practical skills, not certificates. You'll leave with working code, new abilities, and access to a community. The real credential is what you build!

How much support do I get after the workshop?

You'll have lifetime access to our alumni chat where Mike and other participants help troubleshoot issues, share new discoveries, and celebrate wins. It's like having a tech-savvy friend on speed dial.

How many people are in each workshop?

We keep groups small (8-12 people) to ensure everyone gets personal attention. This isn't a lecture hall - it's a collaborative learning environment where every question matters.

I use Windows - will everything work for me?

Yes! While there might be some Windows-specific setup steps, we've successfully helped Windows users in every workshop. Just arrive 30 minutes early for the pre-workshop sprint and we'll ensure you're ready to go.
